Shipping is free above Rs. 999 across PAN India. I do not offer international shipping yet.

Stationery products are packed & shipped every Monday. Once dispatched, it will take 6-7 days to deliver the package, depending on the delivery pin code.

Original paintings are dispatched within 7 days. Once dispatched, it will take 6-7 days to deliver the package, depending on the delivery pin code.

Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and gazetted holidays. Unforeseen circumstances which affect business operations or force businesses to close down for the day will be considered non-working days and impact delivery timelines.

On delivery day, our courier partner will attempt to contact you through a call or SMS to hand over your package. Please note that the courier partner will make three attempts to deliver your order. If the partner is unable to reach you, the order will be returned to me.

Due to the nature of the products, the artworks & functional art stationery products are non-refundable. Please take your time to decide before purchasing any artwork or placing any custom order.

If, in any case, you receive a damaged product, send an email to hi@ishathigale.com with photo(s) of the damaged item as soon as you receive it, and I will resolve the issue. The colour of the artwork might slightly differ from what you see on the screen, depending on the display of your screen. This is not considered a damaged product.
